1. Procedures of Teaching

- Write out the expectations
all sports learning seems to be the same everywhere but teaching methods will determine success in learning, in Thailand language limitations are a problem but can be covered with body language skills because sports education has the same basics, so if I explain to students I have to practice it , in Thailand I like to apply learning theory while doing it because sports education is a practice, so success is judged by students' ability to do it.
- Prepare Visuals

Very helpful for learning success, I can use pictures as a tool learning,and practice directly so students can do it



-Teaching Procedures

learning while doing and making learning as interesting as possible with the game, because there are no teaching hours in class so that it is immediately practiced in the field.
-Practice Procedures
the learning process starts with warm up then prepares the tools, then explains the material to be given, then exemplifies the movements, gives students time to practice, invites students to play so that they unwittingly are doing basic techniques of learning materials, making competitions in class so that the lessons are more interesting, give appreciation to students who win, then close with cooling down

The assessment is given in accordance with the achievements of the students, according to the ability of the students to do according to what the teacher practices

2. teaching in Thailand is a little different because in Indonesia sports usually have 90 minutes and in one week one class meets twice, so in the first meeting the teacher explains in class, at the next meeting on the field, but in Thailand I have 1 hour 1 class in one week so that the time division I usually warm up for 10 minutes followed by an explanation, practice and game for 45 minutes ending with cooling down for 5 minutes.2. Time management and organizing activities

The Teaching Schedule is on Wednesday 1 week

3. Problem-Solving
during the learning process I will be faced with language problems so that when I explain sometimes the students just keep quiet but this problem can be overcome by directly practicing it so that students can understand the material I teach

4. Classroom management
in class management usually I always pay attention to the characteristics of students so that when students feel bored with what we do we have to proceed to the next variation, usually I prepare at least 2 variations for 1 learning method.

Summary and Suggestions
1. Purposes of practicum
Practice objectives
- General purpose
provide the abilities that teachers have for students and also add to the variety of learning that I have with the new method methods that are there
- Special purpose
a. increase experience and understand how to provide teaching
b. Encourage students and teachers to train and add English skills.

2. Procedures of practicum
Orientation, Observation, Teaching assistant, Teaching practice, Evaluation and Reflection.

3. Outcomes of practicum
can add to my experience and can provide me with new methods that are there, giving knowledge directly about problems that often occur when teaching
4. The challenges of practicum
faced with the limitations of language so I have to practice directly, package lessons into interesting games so that students are interested in the material we teach, so I have to be able to make and think about games that can make the class atmosphere interesting with a variety of teaching
5. Overall Impression
I feel very comfortable staying there with the friendliness of the students because we are placed in campus dormitories, giving me new experiences and culture, getting new friends because in my place of teaching there are also students who practice teaching, feel very appreciated and get very good responses from students and teachers at Demonstration School of LRU, so the learning process becomes very comfortable, has a mentor supervisor who is very good and creative so that it can increase my knowledge




6. Suggestions for future improvement
I hope this activity will continue, a little advice from me. We do not have a buddy who stays. There should be at least two buddy, so if one is absent, one can accompany us.
